Interested PartyChlitina believes that our business needs to maintain a good relationship with our interested parties (investors, shareholders, customers, employees, business partners (franchisees丨landlords丨suppliers and others) responsible, so we would like to establish a clear communication mechanism to understand the needs and expectations of such interested parties, in particular, to establish it as an important indicator for corporate social responsibility policies and other policies.
In order to contact and investigate the issue proposed by the interested party, Chlitina reserves the right to use the name/number/email and other personal information for investigation purposes. The collected information will be destroyed after 2 years, and the interested has the right to contact Chlitina at any time to protect the safety of their personal information, according to Personal Data Protection Act 3.
The interested party has the rights to refuse to provide personal information, however, in this case, Chlitina cannot effectively provide service. The information (including personal information) and the issue discussed must be guaranteed to be true, otherwise Chlitina reserves the right to ignore the issue, and the interested party must be willing to assume legal liability according to Republic of China’s civil law, criminal law, etc.
